Crazy Glitch?

I've been playing this game for 3 days and overall I love it? but when I opened it today and I couldn't move around the island..okaaaaaay maybe it's frozen? Then I glanced at my money and food and it said I had 9999999999999 of them? I then quickly checked my monsters level and it said level 99? OK I realized I had a big glitch? now I would've been able to keep that but the fact that I couldn't move was so not worth it? I logged out and went back in (didn't work) restarted my iPad ( still not working) please help me fix this? Edit. Thank u sososososo much?
Really Great Game but....

0 customer I support was to get a legendary token good for the fennec fox and I never did . After contacting support twice no response and no Fox, but the game is a lot of fun so I can’t in good conscious rate it anything lower than a 2 but the customer support wouldn’t be in the negatives. That is absolutely horrendous!

I just started today, and so far I like it. The creatures are interesting, and overall it's pretty good. I have a few complaints, though. 1) The first amount of food you need to give a creature is around 1,000! That's a ton, and it costs a lot to grow that amount of food, especially since it's the first feeding. 2) The cost to do things (like the currency in the game is something like nautilus??) is way too much. For just starting the game, trying to keep a decent amount of "money" is difficult when you need to spend a lot on habitats and food. 3) This thing is the worst of all. THE AMOUNT OF COMBOS THE ENEMY GETS IS RIDICULOUS! Like, I could be so close to winning but then they somehow match together some pieces that cause basically the entire board to blow up so they DESTROY me. It's so hard to get all of the stars when it's almost impossible to even win with a monster of the opposite type.. Other than those three things, this game is very good and I recommend it to someone who enjoys a good puzzle and cool creatures.
Rigged Combat

The combat is rigged. No other way to say it. The AI gets about 5x more combos than I do (with the newly spawning pieces falling from the top) and seems to be able to land them consistently. That's not just luck. That's a system that's designed so the player loses. Combat also takes way too long. WAY too long. Gym battles in core Pokemon games don't take as long as this. The island part of the game is fine. Searching for new creatures and making food for them is fine. Once you get some 2nd tier enclosures, two can make enough money to make enough food to feed a new 2-element baby what they need to become an adult in one go. Startup is slow but money acquisition is fine after awhile. I enjoy this part of the game. But combat is rigged, which is supposed to be what, 50% of what the player does in the game? closer to 80% if you're expecting that this is what the player should actively be doing in the game? So, one star. Horrible design.

Might want to tone down movement sensitive down a notch because with the slightest of movement of my finger I go flying across the map

Kinda wish the collecting monsters time was shorter, but it's much faster than other monster collecting games that I've played before so that's nice! The animals are super cute and I love the graphics!!

I've only been playing for a short while, but everything's going great so far. I would say the sensitivity when moving is a bit much, but other than that I've got no complaints.
Another game after your money

You can play for free to a point. Eventually the game will get impossibly long combos that both completely restore its health while wiping you out. I've been on the same opponent for three weeks where this is the case. All of my players are wiped out while the computer is doing 1000+ damage and getting all its health back at every turn. I plan on deleting the game because it's clear it's just another game after your money and has nothing to do with skill.
