- NO SOUND IN APP?

When using Babyloonz TV on an Ipad some users have reported problems with the sound. This can easily be fixed by following these steps:

1. Make sure the bell symbol from the control center is not crossed over. You find the control center by swiping up from the bottom of the screen.

2. If this does not work you have to change the settings on the mute bottom to "lock rotation". You find this setting on the settings page. Also double check the bell symbol again after this step.
