Hello! Whenever I try to upgrade my Lego account and I do the face scan thing it says a error occurred and a Lego police guy shows up. Can you help me please?

Disappointed in the update

My 8 year old is so bummed that he can no longer see his sets together on the main screen. It’s a huge disappointment and the replacement “feature” is completely lame. I had higher expectations from Lego, especially after spending a small fortune to get the sets that work with the app, to remove features that kids are enjoying is just wrong.
Good idea with poor execution

I think the apps a good idea with poor execution. You have to have the app to build. How crappy would a kid be when they save up there allowance to find out they need an electronic device. Well my kid was upset. He couldn’t just build without my phone. Now imagine a kid who doesn’t have access? There should be a paper build instructions. That family need internet also if say it’s not a cell phone. Very disappointed in this product.
