Every time I choose a level to play. I get a black screen with audio & then the game shuts off

In app purchases are impossible to get, and also every time I complete the first level it force quits the app ?. I have tried everything to get this thing working but there’s nothing. PLEASE fix that so I can get everything in the game.

On the first level, opening cutscene is a black screen, game crashes when you finish the level.

When I start playing the first level it goes black when the cut scene starts and then kicks me out. When will you fix that. Can’t even play this game.
Do not buy if you have an IPad (8th generation)

The game looks promising but when you go to the first scene the game screen will become black and only audio could be heard until the game suddenly stop and bump you out of the game and back to the app selection screen of the tablet. I tried contacting the developer in order to have the issue fixed or get a refund if the game can’t be fixed but to no avail, the developer will not answer back and there is no one to contact to. Shameful way of loosing money after you paid for the full version of the game ??
