App crashes non stop

I downloaded this app yesterday for my kids and have yet been able to get past the opening screens before it crashes and closes. Very disappointed because this looks like a great game!

Can’t get it to work on our current iPad Pro. It crashes at the start up screen every single time. My guess is that this hasn’t been updated to be compatible with iOS 11. We really regret wasting time and money with this one. I probably won’t risk buying a LEGO game through the App Store ever again.

I purchased this and it will not download. It’s been “downloading” for over an hour now. I want a refund.

Once the app was downloaded, we pressed Play and it keeps closing the app. We paid for this and can’t play it. DEFECT and rip off!! I want a refund! The only reason it doesn’t get zero stars is because you have to choose a star to post a review.

It’s great and all but it keeps sending me out every time I try to watch a cutscene or start a new game so if your the creater of this game and your reading this fix right now and a lot of problems because a lot of people have reported a problem. By: spidey2087??
