I love this but has a some huge bugs and glitches and plz make a guide cause I'm stuck on book 3 level 2 because of glitches and and bugs

So I was finally able to get past the shrieking shack level, but now it force closes when I go through the classroom door in free play mode on the Incendio level in year one :( please fix!

The game was great until I got to my first charms class and couldn't levitate the feather. This is a very frustrating bug, and it's in the very beginning of the game. I'm playing on an iPad Air 2. If that's your platform, don't bother. You will barely get any game time before you're forced to stop forever.

I LOVE this game! I give it 5 stars, but I have a problem...I'm currently in the forbidden forest at the end of the red mushroom trail. I cannot find the potion. I looked up an answer and it said my owl should be excited; and I should click on it to get the potion. But my owl isn't there!! I'm standing between 2 sets of 2 red mushrooms, like I'm supposed to. But my owl is nowhere to be seen! HELP, ANYONE?!?!
