Unable to open chests

I like this game, but I have 21 chests to open &the program won’t let me open them. I closed & reopened the app & also restarted my iPad. Is there an update that can fix this? Thanks!

The concept is a good idea, but this game needs work. It way to hard to move the vehicles in this app and this takes the fun away. Also try to balance the aspects of LEGO City video games that fan love. Hope to update this later when the app improves.

Loosing progress

Why losing all previous progress. Have to play do all AGAIN. My kids are very unhappy since losing all save data.
