Why can’t I restore my characters!! I really want to play with the characters I got.???????

Why are all the characters my son purchased not usable?? Why aren’t the tokens he wins used to purchase the characters? It locks up. My son gets so frustrated at his characters he just bought not being available and I, in turn, get frustrated that I can’t fix it. Bought a game, bought tokens.....a lot of tokens for him to repurchase over and over again the same characters for them to be unavailable. I hope the fix comes soon. This has been going on for months. I deleted the game so it isn’t visible to him. Will wait for the fix.

No sound my kids don't like it
This is a good game but please get the LEGO Harry Potter years 1-4 and 5-7 they were so fun and I wanna play them again and it would make a satisfied face and the game was really good.but again this game is good and I played and it was almost as good as the Harry Potter games. Please add them back please they were good.
Still the levels are hard

It’s a great game and it is similar to the console, but I don’t feel like I’m getting my monies worth out of it. It would really be a lot better if you could add free roam like in the console. That would be so awesome.

My three year old and I had fun winning this game but the way this Game saves progress is terrible. I spent money opening up all boards and characters and lost all progress several time. Would not recommend. You will waste you money.
In app purchase issue

My son (age 4) loves this game. He’s darn good at it too! So we spent some of our iTunes money on these gold bricks to unlock a character. Within hours of doing so the characters were locked again and there is no explanation or a howto fix it anywhere that I can find. I’ve reported the bug to the developer and wait a reply and hopefully a credit. Be cautioned!!

Don't waste your time on this game due to the developer ripping you off every time you want to buy your kids extra characters?? They charge you every time instead of a onetime fee. Move on and get another game so the developer doesn't get anymore of our money???
