Down loaded and software is up to date but keeps crashing before it will play. $4.99 lost as there is no tech support. My 5 year old son and dad was scammed by LEGO Batman.

I bought this game for my son. It loads to the point it ask to select control type. Then it kicks him out. Why? Sorry I know this might not be the proper venue, but wasn’t sure where to go.
