This is great for rpg games and also works well as a simple dice app. You can easily save/load custom dice configurations. I look forward to playing the full Legend Of Us game!
App allows me to play more organized, I don't forget to add in mods and I don't have to carry my folder or dice bag. I also like color coding my die per roll scenario. ??
Has the features but only if you pay. If not you have d20 simulation.
So nice to have the formulas set up and just roll. Not sure what that one star reviewer is talking about--apparently didn't read or didn't understand what the app is??
This seems like it could be useful to me as a DM; however, the customization options, while extensive, are really tough to figure out even after watching a tutorial. Ideally, though...a mobile utility app should be very simple to thumb through and understand on your own. When looking for organizational tools, I want something that is quick to pick up so I can focus my energy on planning content for encounters. It's clear a lot of thought went into making this app (which is why my rating was 2 stars rather than 1), but it is a clunky user experience.
This product is awesome. The designer thought of how this can accommodate all kinds of different games (old style pencil and paper gamebooks) with dice that actually can tailor your modifiers. If you like gamebooks, and these are coming back, then you need to check this out.
I plan on using this on my tv during tabletop gaming sessions. It is good and useful. The use of folders is buggy and makes things disappear so avoid those. Otherwise I like it. Tons of potential for greatness but good as is. Features I'd like: stairs and secret doors. And maybe more set dressing.
Thought this would be a useful add-on to enhancing the DnD experience for my adventuring friends. However the Dropbox function broke after the first use. I am also unable to modify the file once it's exported as my computer does not recognize the file type. If you're trying to generate maps, I'd look elsewhere. Not worth the money to upgrade.
