Cute, but...

Cvb177

Hello, I'm playing this on my IPhone. I finished quite a few levels, I got the first couple levels, a new rod. I understand the similarities between the Zelda 'hook' puzzles, but besides that, it got very repetitive. The graphics are pretty, but I felt nothing special. It kind of felt like a child's game with slightly more complicated mechanics (aiming the rod.) Maybe I quit on it too soon, so I'm giving it a high rating. I enjoyed it but it felt like ?Zelda Jr.

Excellent Zelda inspired title with gorgeous art design!

I highly recommend this game and hope to see more like it. You use your fishingrod much like the mechanical arm in bionic commando. It helps you travel from island to island, solve puzzles by moving crates or even to stun enemies. Those annoying unreachable creatures that lurk in the waters firing fireballs at you from a safe distance... Not in this game! Grapple their butts over to you like scorpion from Mortal Kombat. LOL Beautiful art design adds to the substantial charm of this game. Well worth the purchase!

Boring

BoomerB1972

This is NOT a Zelda type game at all. It's a mindless and very easy puzzler where all you do is jump from one island to the next stepping on switches to open gates to the next level. There is NO challenge. The first world boss took two tries to kill. Too easy. World two offered the same exact game play as world one. I was completely bored after the first five levels in world one. One level into world two, I deleted the game from my iPad that I paid $3.99 for because of the bogus reviews that said this game was very Zelda-like. It's nothing like Zelda. Don't waste your money, you will be bored within minutes. If you really want a total Zelda-like game, look for Swordigo. It's perfect with beautiful 3D graphics. And it's free. Swordigo is as close to Zelda as you'll ever get in the App Store. Trust me on this one.

Pretty boring

This game, although nice looking, has not much else to offer. There are no puzzles, more just timing challenges. The boards are very short and very easy, and the soundtrack is just a repetitive 15 seconds of song. I finished the game because I bought it, but I really struggled finding any type of enjoyment from this game.

Simply Sublime

As I stroll through golden grasses and admire the cerulean waters around me, I am serene. This might be the most beautiful game I've ever played on my iPad - what an immersive and atmospheric title. It reminds me a lot of Zelda, and that's a good thing. Bravo, developers!

Left thumb as joystick is the worst.

There is a lag in the thumb joystick, and you die so easily. Waste of money.

Fun but short

Yeah it's a pretty game with an interesting weapon, but it only has 3 stages. It's very short, making the $3.99 price pointless. Gotten more content from free games.

Disappointed

Poaji

After reading reviews I bought this game for a "Zelda like experience" and was disappointed to find the only similarity to Zelda is the look and controls of the game. Very simple game and easy. Beautiful look, though...

Not like Zelda

Tony2534

Very boring and repetitive. Stole my $3.99 with some fake good reviews.

Boring is right

@dbh

This game is very mindless. Not very tough. Not engaging. Not at all fun. Graphics are nice but I feel jipped out of 3.99.
