This app is a scam. Can’t do anything with my lights unless I pay like $70. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT. There are much better apps that cost little to nothing to control your smart lights
Pay to make them work crap and they only go white I’ll be returning for something better

This app is such a scam and don’t recommend bc when I downloaded this app it said to answer some questions which I did and I can’t even connect a device to it bc it’s saying I have to subscribe. SUCH A SCAM DONT DOWNLOAD.

You need to make a subscription just to connect the lights to the app, and needing to connect your lights to do anything with them, it just ruins the entire purpose of the app. I bought the lights, and I’m not buying a 13 dollar subscription just to connect and customize them.

Deceiving come on- doesn’t say customers have to pay to use the product. When signing on app asks you to “upgrade to unlimited bulb connections. Doesn’t say there is or is not a fee for 2 bulb use. I am afraid if I try to use this product at all, there will be a fee for use. The site continues to press customers to upgrade. Despicable marketing. Will return this to COSTCO with my complaint as well as a request to remove it from their shelves.

Total scam, I have literally no idea why there are so many 5 star reviews but this app is garbage. It doesn’t even let you connect to stuff for free. It asks you to pay for a subscription everytime you try to connect a light, and if you hit the X button to get rid of the pop up, it just resets the app to its Home Screen. So you’ll try to connect again, it gives you a pop up to buy its subscription, you hit the X, boom homescreen. Terrible app, definitely not free, and yearly subscription is worth $70
