I keep paying for it to unlock

I don't know why but I keep paying to unlock this game and for some reason after a few weeks it goes back to being locked and asking me to pay for the upgrade. Really frustrating.

I love all their apps I've purchased so far. Both my 3 and 2 year olds enjoy every minute. My 3 year old even enjoys being able to help or teach her younger sister how to do the activities. Learning all around!
You'll need to pay more than once!

Bought the app a while ago but it is suddenly locked and asking me to pay again. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I will not pay for the same app twice and will contact Apple to issue a refund.
