Why does this freeze?

I really enjoy these lessons, but it always freezes at lesson 3. Why does this happen? Do I have to pay for these lessons? If so, please tell me how to continue these lessons.

Easy to follow and I like being able to download to use at my own pace. But I'd rather know a full price with option to buy up front instead of paying for each chapter - I lose my place I did last. but basically a good teacher. I don't see a way to get questions answered when I don't understand something. I'm a beginner don't get the full and half note thing. ?

I have been wanting to take piano lessons for a long time but never did (too lazy, too cheap?) I found this app by chance and took a chance! Best lesson for $.99 around! I have practiced every day and am loving it! Just what I was looking for!

Just what I needed when the books were not enough to self teach. This is perfect private piano lessons worth the money when books can't explain it well.
