The other reviews sounded good, but when I tried the app, I noticed that they mispronounced "neko" (cat) as "niko" (neeko) instead of "neko" (nehko), which I know is the correct pronunciation, since I took Japanese classes and have heard Japanese speak before. I saved myself that time, but people new to the language won't know better and make mistakes right from the start. Also, the alphabet list doesn't pronounce the vowels either, which doesn't help.
You guys do not know any Japanese

I grew up and born in Japan. I'm trying to teach my girlfriend Japanese. This app is doing good job. But unfortunately, you guys teach wrong. We don't really say zebra as ゼブラ or warm as ワーム. We have words for these words (しまうまand 幼虫). Please fix them. Thank you
