Great learning tool

This is a great app for expanding your German vocabulary in a way that makes it fun. Most vocabulary apps just use flash cards which gets boring. This app gives you several different games to play, keeping it fun and interesting and giving you lots of ways to challenge yourself. One of the best features is that it includes the article of all nouns. The nouns are drilled into your head along with their articles. My only real complaint is that on the Balloon game, some words appear almost every time while others that are just as important come up very rarely. They should be equally random. This app has really expanded my vocabulary. My only complaint is that they haven't added any new words.

I've learned a lot and it's fun. But on the exercises you go to slide the words or letters don't move so you crash and burn. I'm trying to learn something here not play games, so fix the problem. I waste too much time, so I use other apps that work properly.

Don't listen to the 1-star reviews (they're mad they have to pay to learn). This is a great and fun way to get started in a different language with minimum effort (it's fun games ).It teaches you basic words/phrases you'll hear in conversation and help you understand the grammar. It honestly helps and gives you a strong foothold in German language.
The games can feel a bit silly, but it helps with spelling and vocab

The full version is awesome. Totally worth the money. It's by far my favorite language app I own. All the games are fun and keep me playing. Update after a year and a half- Still an awesome app. Very good quality. Hindi would be an awesome add. I would buy it in a heartbeat. Only makes sense since it's like the 3rd most spoken language in the world lol
Not free, still worth it

This is not a free app. The free function (first level, usually numbers, and first two or three games) is wonderful for what it is - free. A few years back I paid the 20 or so dollars for the full set of languages to be unlocked, and it's really been worth it. As you continue on it gradually gets more challenging, but I'm currently just using the numbers level to make sure I know up to 20 at the drop of a hat for my test in German. It's super fun, and those who say that games aren't helpful are probably not enjoying themselves. The rapid recall needed to preform well in most of these games is invaluable when you're attempting to do anything at speed
