Teachers manage classroom and setup assignments via Teachers Portal software (https://pages.learnandearn.website/portal/auth). Assignments are done by kids on tablets. Setting up assignments is now about: (a) setting a time (b) picking a skill for the class (c) picking extra skills for those that are ahead or struggling. Kids work at their own pace on assigned skill(s) in given time. Teachers get feedback via Teachers Portal.

• Parents do their bit at home: Motivate. Encourage.
Parents can team up with teachers - or use the app at home to set their own challenges. “If my child does 10 mins of math for 10 days, I'm willing to spend $5 in rewards.” Pick skills for practice or let kids pick their own. Parents can filter 100s of free/ paid rewards. Kids pick a reward of their choice to earn! "5 days of math earns me a visit to the park". "14 days earns me a soccer ball".

• Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew and are charged through your iTunes account.
