My toddler loves this app. However the audio is terrible and the animation is like something outta South Park. My toddler doesn't seem to mind but it drives me crazy.

I purchased this app 6 months ago for our newly adopted son from China to enjoy. I didn't realize this is a TIMED app and after 5 months they are all locked again and for sale again for 99 cents each. I like them but don't want to pay over $10 for all of them AGAIN.

I had purchased all the episodes. Now they are locked and unavailable. How do I get them back?

I paid for all the add on stories now they are locked. I noticed there is a full version with all the stories available. I already paid for this once, and should have access to what I paid for the first time. 9.99 is more than I've paid for any other app. Very disappointed that I can't see what I paid for anymore. Beware of buying any of the add-on stories if they don't fix this, you will be putting money down the drain too.

Fake reviews - lousy production values - locked after first uninspiring lesson ... This is the perfect example of pumping up reviews in order to get downloads. It's really a shame apps like this exist. And worse is it's a bad app. The first free segment tells the user, "repeat after me" then gives a long list of relationships without allowing the user time to repeat. These folks have no interest in quality learning, only making money - such a common Chinese attitude.

After one week of use, the app stopped working. There is no sound. Contacted customer service, no help. They said maybe this is an iTunes issue. What???? Don't waste your money! Does anyone know how I can get a refund?

Poorly run, so frustrating. I have made all the in app purchases, each chapter and every now an again it locks me out, asks me re purchase all the chapters I have already paid for. When I contact the app support they say go ahead an repurchase you will not be charged again. After following their instructions, waiting me effort and time, I'm still locked out. The people running this app need to get their act together.
