My problem with MosaLingua is that it offers little to now explanation as to why sentences/phrases are structured the way they are There is not enough theory, so one is never sure why one word is used to convey a meaning versus another. You are encouraged to learn like a parrot: repeat without full comprehension. I just cannot learn this way. I have deleted the app.

I have used duolingo and Rosetta Stone and would rank Mossalingua in the same category. This app, however has more immersion content, learning tips, dialogues, social features, videos and more. On top of it, the passion of the app creators is palpable and their enthusiasm for language is contagious. Love it!

Great way to learn new phrases

I've been using this app for a couple of weeks and I'm impressed with how well I can memorize new phrases. It teaches you new words, review words that you might forget. I've only used the free version, but so far so good.
