why is there even a button to turn off music and sound if it literally doesn't turn it off and why can you only toggle this in a game and not off the home menu

This is a good game, I play it all the time but sometime after chapter 5 you can no longer get or equip items when you have them in your inventory plz fix it’s a huge problem

The game is amzing don’t get me wrong but for some reason when I get some new weapons and stuff like that I cant equip it instead it goes in the sack and I can’t find it on equip so if there is a good item in the sack I can’t equip it.

Ever since the update, the game load really slow and keep popping up ads abd then crush, and I was trying to redownload the game, but my phone said the data will be deleted. Wow.
