It’s been awhile since I played a hidden object game, so my expectations were fairly high that improvements had been made. I was disappointed. My primary beef is that I expect a hidden object game to be fairly loaded with hidden object puzzles. This really isn’t a hidden object game, it’s more a game that contains a few hidden object puzzles. Secondly, most of the puzzles were quite basic and solved with limited thought. Maybe I retried this game genre a bit too soon?

The game was indeed beautiful and had a variety of puzzles that kept it interesting. I was disappointed in the length of time it took me to complete a game that I paid $6.99 for. Leisurely I completed this game in 2 hours and 40 minutes. The length of the game barely took up a lazy weekend morning.

Just a bit short of great

Storyline great, graphics great, voiceovers great, HOG great, puzzles could be more challenging. I really enjoyed playing this game. It did not take great effort nor did it challenge you. If you are into a game that will keep your interest and now cause you any frustration, this is the one. It lack a bonus round, but that's okay because it's long enough and didn't leave you wanting more. The HOG were well done and you can get through them quickly without penalties. Like that. Overall worth the price.

All narrative, no play. Why people are loving it is unclear. 99.999% of the time, you are watching, but not doing anything, no fun. Who has paid all these great reviewers. If I am going to watch a movie, I will do that. When I want to play, I prefer something I can play.
