Makes it easier

My company offers this app and it just makes it a lot easier to find my insurance cards and other stuff my company offers. I hadn't been in for a check up in a few years and the app recommended that I text one of their nurses to find a doc. It was crazy how fast they got back and even checked to make sure they took my insurance and where accepting new patient.
Fix The Login Authentication

The app, once you’re logged in, is fine and provides a nice selection of company benefits and health information. The logon process, however, is broken. Basically seems like the app is funneling through a browser with because no matter how many times I enter my username, password, and enable FaceID, it constantly logs me out if I so much as swap to another app or try to do anything else. Almost insultingly it asks me to enable FaceID every time, too, and whether I enable it or not it changes nothing on how the app handles my logon.

Not for iPad

Probably works fine for iPhone, but isn’t designed for use on the iPad. When trying to contact App Support, the link is broken as well.
Can’t view my wallet on the app

I can’t view my wallet with all my insurance info on the app. This is basically the only reason I downloaded the app so this is incredibly frustrating

The much-hyped Wallet feature doesn't include your health insurance card numbers. Completely worthless and a monument to the garbage health insurance vultures will spend the money they make denying claims on. Filth.
