Doesn't Unlock Doors

Went across the community with my phone thinking I could unlock the mail room doors with the app but it wouldn't actually unlock the doors at all. Thankfully someone came by and had their card key on them to open it for me. Please fix this issue!
Nonfunctional App

Tried to sign in, sign up literally do anything. But all I get is ‘oops, sorry we couldn’t process your request.’ Closed out, restarted the app, uninstalled/re-installed it. Nothing.

I’ve been in contact with IT, the leasing office etc. & the app doesn’t work. Every time I pull it up an error message pops up. Deleted the app, reinstalled, changed password, nothing works. IT can’t even figure out what the problem is. And, this is a “new” app to replace the old app that WAS working just fine. This app is horrible, bring back the old Brivo one please.
App broken in several essential places

I love the idea of the app, but many essential parts aren’t working. Tried to put in a maintenance request but submit is disabled due to select room not allowing user to select a room. Making this an optional field until fixed might be a good work around.

Worked before but quit working when update pushed out. Cannot log in, tried resetting my password, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and nothing works.

I forgot my password, typical. So I click forget password. It sends me an email link to change it. I type in new password and it says link has expired, click here to request a new one. Go to my email and click the link. I type in new password and it says link has expired, click here to request a new one....I now have 17 emails from the app, cannot log in, and cannot retrieve my package since i must have the app to open a door to get inside because the office is closed....$1500 a month in rent and their app is absolutely garbage
Does Not Work

Every time I type in my username and password, it tells me my information is correct. I wrote down my password and my username to ensure I’m entering the correct information. Furthermore, I tried to reset my password just in case I wrote it down incorrectly. I always get a returned message stating that the code has expired. Please fix this issue!
