Unusable crap app

Takes forever to load information after scanning item. Find a museum docent instead and bribe them to give you info about what you're looking at.

LAYAR IS AWESOME! Most of the reviews here are from UNINFORMED people that don't know how to use it properly, or don't have good cell phone service. U HAVE TO HAVE GOOD CELL COVERAGE TO DOWNLOAD VIDEOS!!!!!! DUHHHHHHHHHH

This app can't even interface with location data anymore. It always shows you in the middle of the ocean. Totally useless.

Downloaded for an AR lecture but can not make it work well. Will delete immediately.

This app works maybe 25% of the time ... if you are lucky. One day you can scan an ad and works - scan the same ad an hour later and it does not work! It's performance is poor at best.

We decided to use LAYAR since it was easy to use, didn't require sign in by the end user and did everything we need for AR app. Unfortunately, the program is not reliable in downloading the content to our end users, and there was no support. We had to ditch it and are now looking for a new AR platform.
