if you want to create original content, this isn't an app for you. it's full of presets and you can't get original sounds with this.

Pros: fairly easy to use Lots of possibilities. You can import your own sounds and connect this to the launch pad Cons: you can only slide in horizontal rows You can only choose one sound per vertical row. It would be so cool if you could arrange the notes for each sound. You should be able to choose more than one sound on each vertical row. A very easy improvement t would be to add a stop and play button. Not sure how that's not been added. You have to pay for all the fx. Why? If people had full access to the fx they might be more prone to buy the additional sound packs. It would be cool if you could just slide up or down on each square to control volume. And maybe left and right for pitch.

All presets, can only pick one square per group (which gets annoying really fast), and for some reason the top left button didn't work for me and I couldn't import original audio (not that I'd want to pollute its originality with presets). The presets sounded good. Would be a nice app to keep you entertained, but not for anything where you actually want to truly "remix" something. It feels like a game more than a music editing app.

I Love this app I've made great songs using it, but me and my friends want to have something added... We think that the app should give you an option to make a custom launch pack from ones you have bought. By adding the loops you want to the pack you could make your custom song! Hope you read -D3monix

This is the best app for those who use ableton live and the novation launchpad hardware and want a cool app on the go to show others what its all about. i can import my samples from the computer and put it in the app and control it as i would in live. its really great to have it with the ipad mini and be able to show others without needing to carry around a clunky laptop. runs stable and easy to use! def recommend getting the inapp updates to get the full features out of it! the loop libraries for it are cool too!
