If this app was more engaged with the user, I might be all over this. I do not believe I could tolerate this sort of inflexible drama. The protagonist is a subdued, pliable, and immature individual. Most of the choices and consequences reflect those qualities instead of impacting the plot or setting of the story. Although the app inspires its theatrics effectively, its lack of substance does not help decision-making as some decisions made do not reflect what was intended; i.e.: a decision to go somewhere despite an obstacle, as opposed to not moving, is still impeded by the given obstacle. As a result, the choice paradoxically cancels itself out. There are also times when engaging a decision can seem awkward; i.e.: manipulating a car with unwritten prompts suggesting "Go Left" or "Go Straight". Considering cars are often present in the story, this can also put the whole experience of the app in limbo. This app can yield a cult-thriller-film following, maybe even become the next "Duel". It is nonetheless a subtly written story that allows the user to manipulate some factors except the most important factor: the protagonist. I believe this app needs to engage the user more so by explaining how the protagonist is at the beginning point of the story, what he is and is not capable of, and how the user can engage the protagonist intently instead of passively. Make those changes and this, or the next app, could become a lot more fun, exciting, and unpredictable.

This is an awesome app!! The storytelling is superb, the cinematics are beautiful! If you like choose your own adventure games, & action movies then you need to download this app right now it definitely gives you your $5 worth that you use to get the full movie!!

This is a new way of gaming and watching movies, my wife isn't into games but we played this together and she was all in to it, very cool concept to interactive movie gameplay....would love to see more like this!

I used to read the "choose your own adventure" books like crazy as a kid! I loved them!!!! Finally, an app that mirrors my favorite books! I would have given it a 5⭐️ all day long except for the use of curse words. In just the free trial portion of the game/movie, I counted 5 f-bombs dropped. Not to mention some other choice words. I'm the type that does not watch rated R movies so I was taken aback by the frequent use of this type of language. I am not sure if I'm going to pay the $4.99 for the game because I don't know how far this game will go (cuss words, nudity, gore etc). I'll have to give it some thought. TIP FOR DEVELOPERS: Make it so we can choose which "rating" we would like to play or choose whether or not we want to hear cuss words.
