I can’t use this program anywhere it’s absolutely broken in so many ways. First it doesn’t even catch half the songs I listen to which are all downloaded on my phone. Second the scan button stops working altogether and doesn’t pick up ANY of my Apple Music. After doing what I think could’ve fixed it, I can’t even log in and the page on the website where you add applications is down “server error.” Did I also mention the desktop app immediately freezes upon opening it and you can’t use it and are forced to force quit it. Embarrassing status for a program that has been around for a long time. It functions as if it’s still in beta testing and barely works. This app needs some serious work

i use both spotify and tidal from streaming music, and i also listen to stuff off my phone sometimes too. of these three methods spotify is the only one that scrobbles 100% of the time. the downloaded music works but you have to manually refresh your scrobbles for the app to notice them. tidal is just a crapshoot, not sure what’s going on there, which is a shame because its my preffered dsp.

Sometimes it scrobbles my tracks, sometimes it scrobbles the same track twice, and sometimes it doesn’t even scrobble anything I listened to. It’s a great looking app, but it needs to fix these issues.

The app is very convenient, but my scrobbles duplicate when scrobbling from Apple Music. Has been an issue only occasionally in the past, but it is now a consistent problem.

The app crashes all the time. When it doesn’t crash, it submits scrobbles two or three times each. Now, it fishes for “39,553” scrobbles, but there’s a two week moratorium on old plays, so that crashes it too. It’s almost impossible to use this the way it’s designed to be used.

you can only scrobble music that is on the apple music app and they have to be stored LOCALLY. this app is literally a waste of space. but it is a convenient way to see what i have scrobbled on spotify without using the mobile website. that’s basically the only thing good about it. even android app is better and that’s saying something.
