You can adjust the sensitivy in the pause screen
Use Your right thumb to aim and then the fire button .
Also you can help yourself making a quick turn to rotate 180 degrees.

Great zombie sniping game. You sit in a fixed position at the center of a street and snipe at zombies that come at you slowly then once close, come quicker. The starting sensitivity was crazy so I'm glad you added a sensitive bar in the pause menu. The ad placement is pretty bad as it messes with your screen pretty much, however, turn off your wifi and cell data and play this and it'll run oh so smoothe. The zombie's character models are destructible too, as in the torso flies away, head shots blow the head off, etc. What I wish was capable would be the bodies to pile up and not fade away over time, and for the blood to not fade away after 3 blood piles appear. Fun otherwise. But with one level may get boring to some.
