This game is is very challenging and very well made. When i say challenging, i mean it. this game was made sooo well, the creators were very dedicated. there is even a website for it. You can level up, unlock new weapons and rain death on your foes. Campaign mode is very very long, there is a battle mode (kindda like free play) and you can play online. For only $2, this game is well worth its price. Oh and one more thing. On the website, there is a map editor in which you make your own maps.

Not sure why this is such a polarizing game. I've been playing for days now (thanks, save feature), and I can't understand how anyone can complain about it being too slow or easy. Clearly they haven't gotten past the first campaign map! Some of those later maps are really tough in Battle Mode! I've also started downloading maps from their website (Hooray for FREE STUFF!) and playing those. A lot of them are terrible, but that just makes me want to make a great one myself. Hey devs, thanks for giving me so many options and letting me have a chance to add my own content!

7-19 Update: so the game is very good to a point, then far too hard very shortly into the campaign. So what do they do? They update the game to be even HARDER. WTF?!?!? Lost another star from 3 to 2 for ignoring the actual problem by compounding it to making the game more innaccessable. Just shocking. And I am no tower defense rookie. I routinely play on challenging levels, but this one starts at (easy) painfully difficult and then up to laughably impossible. It's unfairly hard. I have played and dealt with some great challenging games of this genre, but Easy mode in this game is like the hardest of the hard on most others. I like this game. I want to love it. But it's made to frustrate and enrage players. It's maps, weapons, and level design this is a 5 star game. But in the area of being fair and challenging it's painfully broken and after mission 2 in Stalingrad it is just laughably impossible. Fun for the first 6 missions. Then a broken mess of NOT FUN insanely hard on EASY mode!!!!! Please update and balance the difficulty and economics for the easy mode and all modes for that matter so I can enjoy my purchase and happily give 5 stars. As is right now I am angry and unhappy with this game. Just fix the difficulty and you have one if the best in the genre. Until the developers announce an update fixing the difficulty DO NOT BUY this game as it will only make you angry.
