Games fun but

So the game is very fun however I was signed in today and then got an error, this is fine as sometimes this happens in games and you close out and reload. However when I tried to reload and sign back in I received this message " sorry you are unable to login due to an error in account data please contact customer service to check your account" What the heck does that even mean ? I've paid everything through iTunes cards and spent a decent amount of money. This is ridiculous and if I can't get my account back then I should be reimbursed. I've heard the customer support has gotten better hopefully that's true, until the. This game gets 1 stars only because I can't do 0.

Company don't care about you. It's your fault to bundle with Facebook and your fault to have iPhone. Issues have reported for 3 days still get not response. Talented engineers please go interview for this company

This game has potential, but it is extremely full of bugs, and the bug report function doesn't even work, either. It is extremely tedious to play the game, unless you beak down and pay for expensive in-app bonuses and capabilities, but even those don't remedy the all the buggy programming glitches. The developers all seem to be Chinese who either don't speak English or ignore English player requests for bug fixes.

Don't download. This game is awful. Every update is full of 'bugs' which they refuse to fix. Things which players could earn now have to bought with diamonds. Serious lack of customer service. In game packages are way too expensive. Check their fb page and you will see all the complaints and lack of response from developers. I have to give one star for review but it is really 0 stars from me

The developers provide no customer support. Their inadequate attempt to provide Help, utilizing the English language, is abhorrently poor and completely fails assist in problem solving. The game is either rigged to put money in the hands of a few players who may indeed be the developers, or the developers have either deliberately or unwittingly allowed cheat codes to access their software to rig the game for a select few. As others have noted, the game is unnecessarily expensive to play. It is surprising that Apple allows what appears to be a corrupt game to be in their eco system. AVOID THIS GAME!!!! This game is racially biased. As one reviewer noted, if you are Chinese you will likely win! All others eventually lose.

Bueno pero todavia me molesta que la gente pueda usar los teleport atacan y se van debería tener algo que cuando se teletransporte no se puedan mudar por 72 hora s o 48 y que si atacan no puedan activar escudo de paz por 1 hora gracias espero puedan resolver eso
