It'd be nice if I could say where to deliver and check off for signing. Instead of having them "attempt" delivery and have to do a cat and mouse game trying to find the package after the fact.
Good looking tracking app

Doesn't work all that well. After entering a tracking number, it will crash when selecting it. It will often loose track of a number and display incorrect information.

This app is so simple it would make forest gump look like genius. I have used this service over a dozen times and the system always looks like there is an error with my packages. Y'all's deliveries are incredibly fast. The app would be amazing if it sent update notifications when packages arrive and depart facilities.

This used to be a good app, but it no longer displays the color coded progress bar in tracking. It just shows a red exclamation point.

App needs the ability to notify users every time the status of packages have changed. Make full use of the notification API in iOS.
Non-Functional App

This app was clearly built for iOS 7 or 8 and does not work at all on 10.2. Every time I open it, I get a message saying the app will not open at all starting with the next version of iOS. I can get as far as my tracking screen, but if I tap on any of the packages I'm tracking to get details, the app crashes automatically. The developers need to give this app a refresh asap.
