Scam — it’s not free to use

I downloaded and tried to use but I was immediately prompted to pay $2.99. It’s not free. It’s a scam.

Scam? I downloaded the free app & used it. I liked the features but I needed to edit a video I already recorded. Guess what, you have to pay for that ... oh, the video I recorded with the app, got to pay to download it. So basically there holding my video hostage & demanded ransom. I paid the $3 and guess what, now I can’t do anything. Paid for app & now it doesn’t work at all. I thought with all the good reviews this would be a great app. Clearly they pay for fake reviews. I emailed them, no response. Went to Twitter & they haven’t used the page in almost 4 years. Scam.

You cannot turn existing videos into times lapse-only new creations. You have to pay $2.99 in order to be “pro”

Can't delete lapses

With the new update, I can't delete previous lapses. I click delete project then I click ok on the prompt that says are you sure but nothing happens..the lapse is still there.

The new update is mostly a fail. Would like a refund.

As a paid customer of several years I can understand and appreciate, by your own admission, that you were spending most of your time developing your other apps. After all, that’s what you do, and its a business. I also understand that when you create an update the general thought is to make it easier to use and FLASHY because people like new and flashy. You don’t want people to get bored with your app, right? I appreciate the 4K resolution. You have FAILED, and I mean crash and burn FAIL, in several areas. If you actually read the reviews, as mentioned before, you have totally cluttered the screen. We want to see what we are shooting. If the turn off is in the settings somewhere, you made it hard to find as I haven’t found it yet. Again, you can NOT delete old projects. You have removed the ability to adjust the length of a video, by frame rate. The frame rate are now presets. Those are worthless. Yes you can adjust output length by time, but id like to see the frame rate. The last thing I found is, the longer you set the output time, the slower it renders. The Flintstone can carve out each frame in stone, faster than the app does in its current state. Personally, if you cant give us a few options back, I’d like a refund. I certainly not recommending this app to anyone, unless it’s fixed. It continuously crashes as well. You have probably lost a long time customer with me. I’ll be looking for a new app, and fast.

Can’t even export

After taking years to download my video (which I understood because it was long), I then tried to export it. Nope. Every time I’d try to export it, it would crash right before it would get done. I’m deleting this app. Don’t waste your time.

CAN I JUST HAVE THE OLD VERSION BACK?? Problems ANEW... 1st-Have to click On CAPTURE twice to get started and hard to tell if rolling 2nd- FOR VIDEO TO CAPTURE IN PROPER DIRECTION Phone must TIPPED OVER AND BACK AGAIN OR SHOWS SIDEWAYS, so if Phone in wide mode I have to tip long then go back to wide to get it to work. Never had that issue before. 3rd- it took me a while figure how to continue a recording, I think I might have accidentally found that one 4th-LAYERING MULTI WAS EASY... HOW DO I? Is there a way to put multiple lapses together now? I do NOT SEE HOW... FRUSTRATING!!!
