Fun game but it freezes

This game froze and crashed. I paid 10 ‘game currencies’ for 5 more turns, and it crashed!

There are definitely things that keep this game from being five stars - the timed levels are VERY annoying, and the iconography is not clear. Some of the levels are mediocre. But overall, the game is very fun - I'm currently on level 422 and play often. It combines scrabble and candy crush in a way that is sometimes easy, sometimes challenging, sometimes frustrating but usually satisfying.

I love the concept and the challenge of this game. I was looking for something that didn't throw in the levels that were literally impossible to beat without buying boosters, unlike Alphabetty. It was great for a while. Then I started getting levels that required things like three words with the K. The only problem is, you only get K about 25% of the time even after playing hundreds of games. You have to use boosters. Soon your boosters are gone and you have to buy them. I understand they are trying to make money, but they need to understand they are simply chasing away players.
Freezing when extending play

I have enjoyed this game until recently. Twice in the last week the game froze when I used my coins to extend play on a level. This caused me to lose the coins and the level. The scenario is the same. I am close to finishing a level when I run out of plays. I choose to use my coins to extend play. The game goes to a screen to buy more coins. I decline because I have enough coins. The game returns to the game screen but freezes. I cannot input letters or make matches. Please fix this problem.

I really enjoy the game but it keeps crashing every time I get close to completing a round. I have purchased coins to continue playing but I am getting ripped off by it crashing. When I saw it was updated and bugs fixed I was excited but it still crashes. Get it together.....

If you challenge us to find a word in order to win the level then you need to have the letters on that level to do so. I have played this level three or four times and have not uncovered the letters to make the word SPELL. Very frustrating. Maybe less blockers.

The game is a great mixture of spelling words and a match game. I had fun until snake island which is just the fourth one, when it went from no time limit at all to each letter having a time limit.. they should have eased us into it... another game to delete...

Level 387 freezes just when I am about to complete it. I’ve been on this level for quite some time. This is the only level I can’t finish!!! Why does it freeze when close to the end. It is frustrating!!! Can it be fixed???
