How does it work?
Glad you asked. Basically, it comes down to three steps:
* Choose theproperties that you’re interested in from our rental properties in Atlanta. We’ll be adding, more markets soon.
* Connect your bank to the app. Make a deposit so you can buy shares (it’s quick!) for as little as $5. Celebrate your entry into the world of real estate investment.
* Earn dividends from rental income every month. Stay in the loop with regular updates about what is going on with your properties and watch your money grow.
With Landa, you’re in control. No investment manager is selecting properties for you; you can handpick your portfolio by buying shares in as many properties as you like.
Earn dividends. Every month, we collect the rent, pay expenses, and distribute the profits (based on performance). You can also check your app to compare current and past dividends.
Transparency is key, and we provide real-time updates on your property. If there is a rent change, a maintenance issue, or a new tenant, you will know about it. We’ll also keep you in the loop about updates in the app, like when the resident pay the rent or if new properties are added.
Worried about damage to the homes, unhappy tenants, or vacant properties? We’re always here to help. At Landa, we handle the heavy lifting so you can sit back, relax, and watch your portfolio grow. We do the acquisition, sourcing, property management, accounting and finance reporting. We also find residents when the property is vacant and do the showing and the construction work.
