I purchase a plan and then in the midst of a subscription they change what is available. These changes tend to happen about 2-3 months before your 1 year pre-paid plan is up!!!

I love that this app uploads my inventory right into my Sonlet platform. I wish it had a close up bubble option for us. That would make it perfect ?

I emailed support and no know one responded. Cant figure out how to cancel. Rediculous!

They make cancelling your subscription almost impossible and you have to jump through several hoops. I still have yet to resolve this issue. Poor business practice.

My pictures keep getting frozen. Then I get a screen asking me if I want to upgrade it won’t let me go any further unless I upgrade I try to cancel that then my pictures won’t upload? I keep having this problem I don’t understand why?

I currently have a subscription to Premium Access which includes the sync to Sonlet. It is not allowing me to sync without an upgrade, yet my subscription is current. This needs to be fixed. I don’t mind doing the upgrade to the Plus when my current subscription expires, but I have already paid for that ability for several months yet. I have sent a letter to Support, but have not received an answer, hence this review. Please fix this issue and I will update my review.

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for 3 months and I can't figure it out This app is not user friendly when it comes to canceling. I'm very frustrated

I enjoyed the app while using it and it was the most user friendly that I had found. I had the monthly subscription so I could upload to shop the roe. That saved me so much time. However, I am getting out of the business and I can't seem to find a way to turn off the subscription. I have been trying for a month, but it keeps charging my account. The app says to turn off auto renewal under the account settings at least 24hrs prior to prior auto renew. I cannot find this feature anywhere and I cannot find any customer support. I feel like it's a trap and they want to keep taking my money. I don't want to pay $5/month for something I am not using.
