Providers can use their iPhone or iPad to view patient lab results, patient demographics, and contact information related to those results. LabCorp|Link for Providers also offers the capability to look up additional information in LabCorp’s Directory of Services or view contact information for LabCorp scientific/medical experts by discipline directly from within the application.
Your medical practice must be set up with an account on LabCorp|Link before results can be delivered to LabCorp|Link for Providers. Contact your LabCorp account representative for new account setup.

Access
If you are an existing LabCorp|Link customer, use your existing LabCorp|Link userid and password to use the application immediately.
If you are an existing LabCorp customer but not using LabCorp|Link, or if you are not a LabCorp customer, call 877-442-3226 and a representative will assist you with the registration and set-up process. You will be provided with a user name and password to access LabCorp|Link for Providers. Use your new LabCorp|Link for Providers password to access the application.

Useless. Cannot log on with app despite spending extensive time with tech support. Gave up in the past and have to give up again. Suggest go to website with a computer instead.

I have the same problem down loading the app. I see they don’t hire well. I know much more than their Bozo that drew my blood on 12/7/18.

Has been working fine, now says app needs secure connection- you mean we were HIPAA non compliant before? Can’t log in, no access. Patients, go to Quest Diagnostics!
Labcorp still shows they are unprofessional

Attempted set up & got to where you setup labcorp link. Verified my Beacon account only to have this app not function properly. The number listed for IT is below & says for help call... I got Rome as clearly unprofessional individual. I explained to Rome twice that my beacon was verified but the app was not working properly. He was rude once he realized he couldn’t just get me off the phone. He literally huffed as if I was bothering him. I then said if you feel this is too much to handle I’ll speak to a supervisor. He then state yeah if you want... then hung up. Disgusting behavior which this isn’t the first time & frankly my company works with labcorp & has been dissatisfied. This has only added to the obvious reality we need another lab to deal with.

I used to be able to sign in as a patient to view my own results. I had a delay of about a week after the provider was notified to allow the provider to give the results to the patient before LabCorp does. I could see every result, and had a history dating back at least three years for my own comparisons. It helped me convince doctor I needed to be referred for serious diagnosis. App recently rewritten for providers only, and no replacement patient access app on App Store. Please find a way to give patients access again.

I used to use Qwest which has easy patient access, so I thought this Lab Corp app would be equivalent. Unfortunately Lab Corp is way behind the times as this app neglects to inform that it is only for doctors. My doctor lets me choose my lab so I thought I would try lab Corp. Now I cant get my results until I see my doctor again. Next time I will choose Qwest because their patient app, which has been around for at least a couple of years, let’s me get my results as soon as they are ready.

Labcorp is so far behind Quest they deserve a negative star rating. With the Quest app I could pull results and show a doctor and the have those results faxed or emailed to the doctor's office. Labcorp only has a desktop web page for the patient. They do not have a mobile app! Can't see my results and worse can't share them with another doc

I was excited to see this then when log in wouldn't work I called the provided number to find this is only for doctors. Please make this available via mobile and an app for patients. Thanks.
