I forgot my password to my app so I click I forgot my password and It asks for my email which I entered, and I open my email and when I click on the link it just shows that I have the app and nothing else. I click that and it just opens my app and no reset for the password. Companies really should start paying developers more so things get done right.

Every time I use my rewards card, the app sends me at least five notifications that my points balance is updated to the same balance. It’s rather annoying and I can’t get it to stop.

I used to use the Kum & Go app (a few years back) but stopped using it when I started receiving constant pop up error messages over a year ago. I re-downloaded the app today hoping it had been fixed, but no luck. I cannot edit any of my information or do anything within the app without continuing to receive an error message with every button I click on the screen. I will go back to using apps from other gas stations since they actually work.

app hasn’t worked for months

the app was mediocre when it was working but for over 6 months now I get an error saying to try again later every time I attempt to sign in. I’ve tried creating a new account; I fill the entire form out & then get the same error. I’ve tried uninstalling & reinstalling multiple times & still have the same issue.
