Well, I have to say that this game is sure worth the $8. It gets pretty challenging on normal, and I can't wait to unlock insane mode to test my screen-mashing skills there. The graphics and sound are fantastic, and live up to the claim of being the best for the iPhone. All in all, this is a must have game that has lived up to the hype. If you like side scrolling slashers, get this over the Force Unleashed!

The graphics for this game are incredible, and in insane mode it can take several hours to beat. Deffinately worth $7.99, too bad The Force Unleashed was not more like this game. Update - 2 years later this is still one of the best games on the iPhone. It is a shame that Digital Legends never made any other games, or even a sequel.

This game may have at one time done that, but now with games like Chaos Rings, Infinity Blade, and Street Fighter 4, the graphics in this game seem to lag behind. Also, this game tends to get very repetitive. Still, for 99 cents, it's better than a lot of games of the same price.

The constant mace swinging gets really annoying! It's the only weapon you get. No replay value! I paid full price for this garbage on day on of release. What a ripoff.

This game can be a ROCK! but there's few features shall be added and the interface have to be edited.. Multitasking and etc would be useful!

Even if it is an old game, it's barely worth a free download; there's nothing fun about the button mashing gameplay, no variety. The intro menu book is the highlight, and it is minor to say the least.

Classic iOS game returns

It's been about three years since I last saw or even heard about this. Now it has become free. Neat. Now I can finally try the game..three years later. xD I'd say it's a decent side-scroll beat em up game. Although a bit repetitive and short, this game DID set the bar for graphical games from the very beginning. I don't think I should say what needs to be updated for this game because the developers are nowhere to be seen or heard from after this was released. No new games, no update, consider hopes for new update from them MIA.

It's an alright app. Digital Legends really disappointed me with their Bad Company 2 iPhone port, but at least this app proves that they were capable of making a sturdier engine. Maybe they should really focus on more levels and customization, whether it be new weapons or armor, etc. Overall a meh app.
