App kept crashing :/

I was roleplaying in my own chat with other people until the app started going "SERVER UNAVAILABLE" it was normal for me to have this so i restarted it and the same thing happened, i reseted my wifi i tried going on my other device but nothing worked, when i finally got on the chat again it seems that the people i'm roleplaying is also having things then my app went offline again even though i have wifi on. Please fix this bug it's annoying the heck out of me

After a while of not being active on my account and finally logging back in. It tells me that my account has been disabled. Even though I haven’t violated any Guidelines and if I had couldn’t they tell me? I sent many requests and their emails or just the same, leaving me hopeless. Throughout the use of my account I have only been kind towards others and simply looking at people’s posts. I have only promoted my instagram and Snapchat to gain more friends and give them another line of communication. I started the account in 2015 and to lose it now is just a tragedy.

I love this app, it brings me joy when I am feeling down. I am happy that I can chat with people on the app and look at little clips. I find new interesting things here! I recommend it!!??

Every time I try and add a MV to my playlist it keeps saying invalid parameters. EVERY single time. I tried red velvets, twices, Cherry bullets, and many other groups music and none would work. I deleted the app and downloaded it again and still does it. I also checked if I needed to update the app and no updates needed. This is stupid.

I love this app so much I get to meet and talk to so many other people that share the same interest as me! I’m a big kpop stan I’ve been a stan since 2014 and I don’t plan on leaving the kpop world for a really long time.
