아이폰7에서는 참 빠른데 아이폰x에서는 로딩속도가 너무 느립니다. 사파리에서 들어가면 빠른데 그러면 뭐하러 대한항공 앱을 만든건지 이해가 안가네요. 대기업인데 앱개발에 돈좀 쓰세요.
Infinite Face ID Check

The app was usable before, but now it is stuck in infinite loop of Face ID verification. I hope you guys fix this before I begin my trip in a few weeks.

When I go through the whole painful process of entering all my personal data, the app (and on the website) indicates that the reservation is not allowed to be displayed online. $3000 for an economy ticket and than this crap. Korean Air: first and LAST time I will ever book a flight withy you. ZERO SUPPORT.
Extrememly Difficult to Change the Language

I am giving this app a 1/5 stars because it failed on a critical feature: changing the language EASILY. It changed the language to Chinese when I was in Taiwan (which was a stupid thing for the app to do), and I am STILL trying to find how to change the language to English. This feature should be on the front page! 엄정 귀찮다!
Worst app ever

I am a frequent flyer, meaning I use this app a lot. Everytime I use this, there seems to be errors. It is so strange that it keeps appearing. I can see that KAL does not care about customer experience at all.

Just downloaded for my flight today. Many features just don’t work. Tried to scan my passport but it would not click forward. At final check in, rolled to final page that said ‘this is not a boarding pass’. Wow.

This app has always been bad and just continues to get worse. Do yourself a favor and open their site in Safari in the desktop version of the site. Then you may actually get something done. Do not download. Nothing but constant crashes

도저히 대한항공의 앱이라고는 믿기 어려울정도로 불편하고 무거워서 쓰기가 불편하네요. - 붙여 넣기로 회원번호를 입력하면 인식 못함 - 이이폰 Wallet으로 탑승권 전송 안됌 - 여권 스캔 시 카메라 작동 안됌 - 너무 느림 편하게 탑승하기 위해서 모바일앱을 사용하는데 더 불편하네요.
