Forced to download new app when all I wanted was a quick print. Still waiting 20 minutes later for download. Not good!
App keeps quitting

The app would just quit while in the middle of selecting photos, and I have to restart all over again. It has happened so many times. Very frustrating!

I was not allowed to put in the discount code and I had no option but to save one of the collages I worked on, because I could not go backand I could not bring back saved items back
App is slow and inefficient

App is extremely difficult because it’s slow and sometimes In the middle of uploading pictures, it’ll state that one picture can’t be uploaded and when you hit ‘ok’ it restarts the entire process instead of just proceeding forward. Yes, it’s user friendly and it doesn’t take much effort to figure out how to select the pictures that you want. But I went to the app after I tried using the browser to initially order my pictures but when I got to picture 302, it decided to kick me off and reboot my computer. Talk about frustrating.

I was at Target because there wasn’t a nearby Walgreens to use a printing kiosk. I had to download this app to use it, when I placed my order it started printing, but only printed three out of the five I ordered. So I went to customer service, he was helpful, opened up the machine to see if they just didn’t fall through and found nothing... so they just didn’t print! He gave me a discount and didn’t charge for what didn’t print, so I thank Target for that. But never again will I use the Kodak kiosk. Walgreens is so much more user friendly!

I couldn't find the calendar! I wanted to make one for a Christmas gift but it was nowhere to be found. Did they get rid of it?

If your kids/family is anything like mine good pictures will happen randomly… This is why I like to print my own pics. Great app easy to use and I love the fact that I can pick it up down the street in a few minutes.
