The app crashes durning the checkout process and everything that was in my cart gets removed and I have to start all over again.

If you plan to order from the app ONLY, then this app is great. However, don’t try to continue your projects via the website, and you certainly do NOT want to try to transfer those projects to a kiosk for printing. Unless you want to waste 2 hrs of your life while clueless CVS employees act like you can.

Love that I can print quality photos from home and pick them up less than 2 miles away! Always ready when I arrive!

This app is prehistoric. It’s slow, poorly designed, and makes me want to throw my phone. I used to be in and out of the store, now I can’t even get one photo to load at the kiosk and forget trying to preorder at home. It’s useless. Thanks for nothing.
Gets the job done

Needed this app to order photos at my local target. Not a great flow to this app, it took me a while to figure it out, but at least photo editing was pretty easy.

Stood in a busy line for over 45 minutes trying to get the app to send pix to printer— only to not be found! Connected the phone via a usb cable that I had to find from somewhere (bc for some reason target didn’t have it handy for their own kiosks) and the pix were sent with a much longer print turn-around.
Kodak continues to struggle in digital world

Inability to open past orders. Inability to reorder past projects. Difficult interface to work in collage and photo book projects between lagging photo upload, duplicate images and no option to add pages or better customize books. Customer service unable to make up where the developers fail and passes inquiries through different reps so your problem is not seen through. No solutions offered. Order history doesn’t even show past purchases. I know Kodak paper is good and this is what I would rather see my photos printed on, but these are not problems you’ll have with any competitor.

Absolutely greatness! The lady at pleasant valley store in garland Texas was amazing! She helped me right through the process and BOOM! Done took maybe 5 min.
