EVERY time I get onto this app and I try to sign up it says no internet and I am connected to a good internet and it still won’t work please fix this please please please I want to play this game

I love this game but I can’t give 5 stars because every time I try to play it goes back and I won’t be able to play it until it moves. I do love this game because it’s were l learned to code. Hope you understand why I didn’t give you 5 stars!!!
