I was worried that a lot of the reviews look fake for this app?? But I thought I’d try it out bc I like target practice type games. I’m happy to say I’m having fun with it, & so is my 16 year old. I personally was *very* quickly annoyed by the adds after every mess up, so I went ahead & paid for the full app, and so far I’m still having fun playing it! There are 4 different modes of game play. There is the “Woodcut Forest” It kinda reminds me of Doodle Jump but a bit less frustrating to me personally-meaning...Since it’s not strictly a “level up” game, the developers were mindful to keep us happy by switching things up for us. For example, each time you DO miss the target and have to start over, the game board changes the pattern of the blocks that appears for the next round, as well as the shapes of the actual targets themselves. I noticed the entire back ground colors also change. There is the “Target Range” It’s a bullseye/target level. It’s a matter of figuring out the right amount to pull & length of time it should be held before releasing in order to hit the bullseye that is moving vertically on a pole. It’s totally cute how the audience goes from all eyes on you, to watching your knife hit the target ...kinda like half a tennis match lol! Oh and I can’t help but feel all cool when they cheer if I make a bullseye. Haha! Then there’s the “Training Field” where we need to catch knives that are flying up in the air. You have to drag your finger back and forth horizontally across the bottom of your screen to make a bullseye target move and depending on how many u catch in a row the target changes sizes & other things that can cause you to miss them. Then there the “Furniture Store” and full disclosure I haven’t played that mode yet bc I was offered an upgrade for leaving a review & since I was going to anyways I went ahead & said I would. So here I am & I’ll update as to wether or not they give me one...& what the last mode is like, but for now, I like it, and I recommended it to my daughter & she’s liking it. So for us two girls we are having fun with it & hope u like it too! :) That said, I still wish the developers would consider maybe some kind of level up play mode, or after building multiple jumps in a row, miss that you’d be able to continue where you left off. Kinda like Mario getting shrunk after he’s been hit once, but at least all is not lost. There IS something to be said about being able to SEE progress or striving for some kind of tangible goal-other than JUST a high score. That’s me though.
