Crashes Often

Every time I try to open the app it fails to load and crashes. Prompting me to delete and re-download the app nearly every time I want to use it.

App is currently set for those who retake boards in August. Need a new update for March.

It’s nice to have it in the layout of the website however I am using my iPad and it will not turn sideways for me. I always use a keyboard with it so it is becoming difficult to use my iPad with this app. It would be great if you could fix this ASAP as many people are using this device as we are starting to study for boards. Additionally, the sign in is taking a long time at the beginning and even on the website it won’t let me sign in. Takes many tries, I am not sure what is going on but we would all appreciate it if it could be fixed ASAP. Thank you!

The app constantly crashes, takes an extensively long time to login, and never leaves you logged in/remembers your name and password. Very frustrating!

How does one even study if they can't get into the app? And once I even get into the app, I'm prompted with an 'invalid token,' get logged out, and have to restart the process all over again ?. This application does a tremendous disservice to the quality of your product. I recommend people use the mobile browser for KMK because it's 10x better than the app.

NOT iPad Friendly

None of the videos have audio associated with them, and the app will not let me use my iPad horizontally. Really a let down considering the amount of money you pay to access the materials provided on the app.

App that’ll actually set you BACK

Thought I would be more efficient and productive with the app, but in reality it is actually a hinderance to my studies! Constantly having bugs ie. video will never pause and STAY paused so you’re constantly rewinding, login on the app takes ages, NO explanations shown etc. Don’t bother with the app and just stick to the web browser on your laptop/PC to save yourself the headache and sanity.

Crashes when you change apps

App is intuitive to use, but I like to listen to lectures when I run, sometimes I have to switch between apps but this often causes the login token to be invalidated, which means I end up needing another 3-5 mins just to re-login. Please fix.

When I switch apps the login token is invalidated which causes the app to reload (taking 3-5 minutes). I think the token should last forever like other apps (Instagram, etc) as this is my phone and that's not likely changing. I also think it's ridiculous that the app should have to load everything on app start. I would suggest caching the videos on the phone hard drive and allowing the users to refresh if needed. If this is impossible the videos should be loaded after entering the videos section so I can at least access the flashcards quickly.

Horrible loading time. Precise practice only available in portrait view, not landscape. I can’t read the whole sentence for answer choices, instead they trail off in “...”. Additionally, using the flash cards on the app does not sync with the flash cards you’ve done on a desktop or laptop, so you cant pick up where you left off. These are major flaws!
