I passed this app many times because of the low star count from reviews - but I hadn't bothered to read them. Once I bothered to read them, I got the app and now I'm trying to bring a little balance here to the reviews. If you know Clue, this is a nice Clue note pad app. Not everything I'm looking for - but it functions how it's supposed to. I'm not in love with the layout, and the initial list of items, rooms and characters doesn't section them but puts them all in one alphabetical list. Really a small detail that doesn't hinder the functionality, I'm just really picky. The Pro version offers more of what I'm looking for, but I haven't tried that one yet. I'll give this one another run with a larger group before trying the Pro. Get it, try it, it's free. But if you don't know the board game, or how this app is meant to be used, please refrain from writing a negative review.
Useless except for cheating

This app really has no use except for cheating. The free app isn't set up for the 2013 version. I really don't want to pay $1.99 to find out if the pro version doesn't have a use either. I was looking for a replacement for the paper. Oh wait, I now have an idea for a good app and am writing the requirements now. The app did have a use.
Great game only if u have people to play with

This app is a great app, if you have people to play with. I definitely recommend making one for one person to play against the computer, because if you already have the actual game, then what's the point of having this.

Everyone reviewing it horribly needs to just take a breath. If you enjoy clue and play it often you'll find the cards for marking off what people have run out quickly. My family has run out and instead of just printing more we are able to use this app instead to mark off what people have. I find it is very convenient and saves paper. It is a bit tricky to use and another review says you need more than 3 players which isn't true. The only annoying part is it doesn't take into account people not rolling a high enough number to get into a room and you can't mark someone's turn as skipped.*** But it is not the game like many people in the comments are suggesting.. Just a helpful app to replace the paper notepad things. ***a function I would very much enjoy to have... ADD IT PLEASE

This is not the game itself. It helps you make deductions while you play clue which, in my opinion, is a cheat.

Simple, easy, and helpful. Helps you stay organized and even shows the probability of available choices. Feels like cheating, lol. Helped me win a game on my first try.
