Crashes all the time

I love!, yes, with exclamation mark, this game and ever since v2 when I added a pet I can no longer play. It crashes 100% of the time when starting the race. I gave tried to reinstall but nothing helps :( Please help

I LOVE kiwi dash. It's easy, addictive, and just super fun to play. It's very buggy though. It crashes often, sometimes in the middle of runs. It gets frustrating when it crashes once you've gotten very far into a run. If the bugs were fixed, this would be a five-star app for sure.
Terrible customer service

This has very little explanation as to how to play the game other than bashing the cats. There's no explanation as to what the different colored stars mean etc. Also there are certain goals to get up to the next level but no explanation of what it means. I have written at least five times to the app developers and the only response I got was once they said I was writing to the wrong place. Even though the instructions coming with the game stated to write to them the way I did. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A RESPONSE TO ANY OF MY QUESTIONS. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR AN APP THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Consequently I have been stuck on level 16 for over a month. Needless to say I'm not going to play this game much longer.

Please fix the bug that it cant even pass the loading screen!! Its not working to all my idevices!! I really enjoy this game but there is alot of bug and sometimes laggy.

This game has adorable animations and the game it self is actually really pleasing the main menu is sometimes a bit confusing but otherwise this game is a definite yes to me but one thing I don't understand is the pets and the way you get them but otherwise as I said great game.

It'a not bad per say. Its got nice animation, it's smooth, simple gameplay that works, and it'a responsive. However, it gets repetitive really quickly. What do I mean by that? Well, besides from the tutorial stages, every level is the same. Same path, same enemy placement, same kiwi placement, same star placement, everything is the same. It's like playing a level you like on a video game a bunch of times, it's fun but it gets tiring. Another thing, Kiwis (in-game currency) has pretty much no use. All it can be used to is for power ups, getting a useless pet, or buying one character (which cost 40,000 kiwis by the way). It's not that much of an issue, but it can be an annoyance to some people. The last problem, and the biggest one, I have is that there's really no challenge at all. The game feels too easy, especially since you get stamina in almost everything you do in the game. The cats also never do anything but stand there and watch you kill them. Other than these problems, it's a solid game. It has a lot of potential, but these issues make the game suffer in my opinion. Overall, good game but not the best in its genre.
