I have spent plenty of real money in this game and now I can't log into it at all. I don't understand. I've been playing for months. Don't waste real money on this app.

I really enjoyed playing this game for months, found it relaxing and even spent real money on it. A few weeks ago, the developers added some bot or new system intended to stop people from having multiple accounts. Long story short, I got locked out of my account with zero warning and haven't been able to access my collection since, and the developers won't do anything about it. I do not have multiple accounts and have not "cheated," but I do allow my kids to play the game using my tablet, so it seems that got me blocked. However, they can still access their accounts, but the game has been extremely glitchy for them ever since the developers started this anti-cheating crusade. Again, no help from the developers despite putting a lot of time into this game, and no transparency from them about what's going on. Don't waste your time on this app, what a disappointment.

The title of this review is explanation enough, but apparently even if you log into your account on another device, it deletes all of your account info. I had spent actual money on this game and now it's completely gone to waste.

I like the app but you guys need to fix the bugs every time I try to go in I can't because it won't allow me it doesn't say anything on the screen when I go in.It doesn't tell me my rank it doesn't show my username and it doesn't tell me my amount of coins

This app has a voting feature and no set rules about who can vote. It allows anyone who doesn't use the app to vote. Lucky the cat won the contest and the developer & mods decided to accuse the child of "cheating"! Said 877 voters have to email them to say they are "real people". Like who does that!? If you read the reviews here and on facebook, you will see how awful these people are. If you read their chat boards, you will see how immature these people are. PARENTS BEWARE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ ON THIS FRAUDULENT APP!

This is app is so much fun! The people who play are nice and great to play with. The developers are great people, there's only three, and they are amazing at what they do. I love this app and I know tons of people who do.
