The application keep freezing and resting then I have to do everything over shirt size, pants size over, and shoes size
Worst app ever
painful to navigate
They have products from 4 years ago that are not for sale anymore, and some with no pics. Poor navigation and filtering for available products. Taking a subway to the store is less painful than trying to purchase on the app.
Can’t even log in

I haven’t been able to use this app to enter raffles or shop because I can’t even log in! After I enter my email address and password, I’m asked to prove that I’m not a robot, however, there’s no way to do so! Nothing else appears on the screen. there’s no captcha or anything for me to do at all. I have tried closing the app, deleting and reinstalling. Always the same issue. Doesn’t matter if i’m on wifi, off. It happens every time. highly disappointed.

I can’t get pass the screen that allows you to select a size. This is one of my favorite online shopping sites, but they need to hire better UX & UI people! I think a 13 year old could design a better application.

This app is so dysfunctional, it isnt possible to use it. Tried to reserve a pair of shoes but the app would lag and buttons would disappear making it impossible.

This app is not functional at all. Doesn’t recognize your log in. TERRIBLE APP. I have never used this bad of an app.
