Won't upgrade, Support is useless

I paid for the Master Dial Upgrade but I still see ads and cannot use any of the features of the upgrade. The support site is totally useless -just a simple YouTube video.

Kitchen Dial is convenient and very easy to use. What did we do before all this technology? Look on conversion charts or estimate. That's no longer needed because this app puts all at your fingertips. Great!
